What should I expect when I visit the Ki Health centre for a Ki Treatment?

First you will be asked to fill in a health questionnaire, detailing any symptoms, physical or emotional conditions you are suffering from. You will be able to discuss your ailments and hopes for the healing with the Ki Master. You will then receive Ki Treatment and have time to discuss the Ki Masters findings and advice concerning your health. They will recommend the best way for you to maintain your health.

How does Ki Treatment work?

Ki Treatment begins with you lying on your back. The Ki Master will check your energy circulation by resting their hands on your abdomen area.  They will then begin to open the energy pathways by working on pressure points on your abdomen, arms, legs, neck, shoulders and head. At the same time, they will emit a loud sound made with their breath to push energy into your body. You will then turn over whilst they stimulate points on your back, shoulders, arms and legs.  Finally you will sit up whilst the master loosens the tension in your shoulders and neck.  The whole process takes less than 15 minutes and the results are normally felt instantly.

What should I expect to feel after receiving Ki Treatment?

Most people report they feel lighter, calmer and less stressed.  There is often a relief from pain and other symptoms as well as feeling energised. Many chronic health conditions are greatly relieved following Ki Treatment.  Please call to enquire about specific health conditions.

Are there any negative effects?

Most people feel immediately better but it is possible to feel more tired following the Ki Treatment whilst energy fully digests into your system. In some cases, when someone is holding a lot of toxins in their body, Ki Treatment stimulates the movement and the further release of toxins over some days.  This may mean you would get a cold, mild headache or other symptom which would normally disappear in a day or two, but is part of the healing process.

Can I receive a Ki Treatment whilst on medication or receiving other treatment?

Yes. Ki Treatment does not interfere with medication or other treatments, and in some cases may be complimentary. Some medications can have toxic side effects, and Ki Treatments help to detoxify the body.

My body is very sensitive to touch. Will I be able to withstand the pressure? 

Even though Ki Treatment involves acupressure which may cause some discomfort, when you have stress or tension in the body, the majority of people can tolerate the pressure. However, if you are particularly sensitive you need to advise the Ki Master treating you to apply a lighter pressure.

What is the cost for a Ki Treatment?
